Alberobello, Castellana Caves and Polignano Day Trip from Bari

Departure at 9.15 am from Petruzzelli theatre of Bari destination Alberobello, about 1 hour drive from Bari.
Alberobello the city of "trulli" is a fairy tale village, an enchanted place where seems you are walking among gnomes houses. Its historic center is one of the most famous UNESCO sites of the region Alberobello is the most important stage of your journey in Puglia!
After we will move to Castellana Grotte and we vist the longest underground karst caves in Italy, over 3 km of path reserved for visitors with a speleological guide in a surprising and unexpected hidden world: huge columns, stalactites and stalagmites of calcium carbonate, curtains that look like alabaster, cavities that recall the Dante's inferno will accompany you to the splendid white cave, a dazzling cave defined as one of the most beautiful in Europe.
After we will move  to Polignano a mare , about half an hour by car where we'll have free time for free lunch and to visit the city. Waling tour of Polignano a Mare: spectacular and scenic is the location of the historic center of this town in the south of Bari, perched on a high white cliff overlooking the sea, Polignano a mare offers a maze of alleys that open surprisingly on balconies 30 meters above the sea level. Capital of the Apulian artisan ice cream, it is the birthplace of Domenico Modugno, whose statue dedicated to him stands out on the beautiful city waterfront. Theater of several international movies sets, it is one of the most famous tourist destinations for its turquoise and clean sea, awarded by Legambiente! At 4.00 pm return to Bari,  where we will arrive at 05.00pm
